My name is Sofiia Dubinina. I am originally from Ukraine and currently live in Germany, where I continue to develop my professional career. I hold an LL.B. and LL.M. in Law, as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with distinction. I have gained international experience through internships in the judiciary, public prosecution, municipal administration, and legal practice in both Ukraine and Germany.
My goal is to continuously enhance my legal, administrative, and management competencies to contribute effectively within international and interdisciplinary teams. I aim to bridge theory and practice to solve complex tasks efficiently and achieve meaningful results.
My professional philosophy is to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and boost team efficiency. I am skilled in coordinating complex tasks, managing document workflows, optimizing internal procedures, and collaborating with various governmental and municipal institutions.
I place particular emphasis on developing competencies that enable me to perform tasks professionally: project management, team coordination, regulatory analysis, legal compliance, and monitoring deadlines and procedures.
I value continuous learning, intercultural collaboration, transparent communication, teamwork, and a professional, service-oriented work approach. My current training in hotel management allows me to strengthen my management and service skills while gaining insight into German workplace culture.

My strategic career goal is to advance within the German municipal administration with the perspective of leading a department.
